Morgan Stanley builds access to global infrastructure for retail

Morgan Stanley has released five capital-protected structured products offering exposure to themes including global infrastructure and UK commercial property. These products follow an 85% increase in uptake since the last retail offering in May.

The six-year Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Protected Growth Plan 1 offers 180% participation in any increase between the final level and the initial level of the S&P Global Infrastructure index. The plan includes an early exit feature, whereby if the index level is 30% or more above the initial index level, the investor can receive an amount equal to 130% of the initial investment and exit from the plan, or continue with the plan.
