Convention says that fortune in markets favours those who spread their bets. This year, investors are worried about how far that’s possible.

The unifying theme in Risk.net’s annual survey of top investment risks is the funnelling of investors into a small number of seemingly binary exposures, about which they feel increasingly unsure.
