SRP.com reports spike in UK issuance

StructuredretailProducts.com (SRP.com) has reported a spike in product issuance between the second quarter of 2003 and the fourth quarter of 2004, with fewer products launched in the first quarter this year than any quarter since the first quarter of 2003.

Fifty products were added to SRP.com's database in April, up from 39 in March, with estimated sales volumes of £263 million. Year-on-year, the figure is five short of the 55 products added in April 2004.
