The devil is in the detail, CP3 respondents tell Basel Committee

More than 180 comment letters were posted on the Bank for International Settlements' (BIS) website in late August.

The Committee published the responses online relatively quickly - the deadline for filing them had been the end of July. In contrast, it took three months to publish the comments received from CP2.
