US regulators seek comment on Basel II
WASHINGTON, DC - At the end of June, US regulators issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPR) on the Basel II standardised framework for public comment. The document - which deals with providing a capital charge using the basic indicator approach for operational risk instead of the formal Basel II standardised approach - also covers credit risk, transparency and a number of other Basel II
