Philippine Stock Exchange proposes revised rules for ETFs to boost market

The Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) has honed its proposed rules for listing exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and has submitted the revised proposal to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for final approval (see Structured Products, April 2008). The PSE revised the rules in early May following consultations with the public on the original draft rules and now awaits a decision from the SEC.
