Andrea Gabrielli

Andrea Gabrielli is a researcher at the Institute of Complex Systems (ISC) of the Italian CNR. In the past 20 years, he worked on statistical physics, stochastic processes, fractal growth phenomena, self-organized criticality, and application of statistical physics to cosmological and gravitational problems. At present he works on applications of complex networks and stochastic processes to economy and brain science. He is author of a book of statistical physics and co-authored more than 100 papers on international peer-reviewed journals.

Andrea holds a PhD in Physics from University of Rome “Tor Vergata” and had positions in many international institutions as Ecole Polytechnique in Paris and Princeton in US.
