Michail Pazarskis

Michail Pazarskis is an Assistant Professor of Financial Accounting in the Department of Economics at the International Hellenic University (IHU). He was born in Serres, Greece. He received his Doctorate (with honors), a Masters degree and a Bachelors degree from the Department of Business Administration of the University of Macedonia (Thessaloniki, Greece). He worked in the public sector as head of an accounting department and in the private sector as accounting consultant. His research focus is in financial-statements quality, mergers and acquisitions, internal auditing and corporate governance. He has published many research articles in international scientific journals, book chapters, etc.
