Eurex introduces latency league tables

European derivatives exchange Eurex has begun providing latency statistics to its member trading firms, to give them more transparency into data distribution latency from the exchange, and to offer a better insight into how each firm is performing relative to its peers in terms of network latency, so they can optimize their data infrastructures.

Eurex launched the new latency information services in the third quarter of this year, providing daily statistics gathered via its latency monitoring
