S&P upgrades Capital IQ

Capital IQ, a division of Standard & Poor’s which supplies financial information online, has announced a major overhaul of its services.

Key improvements in the Winter 2007 Release include new capital structure data, allowing users to view the financing arrangements of public companies; more securities details, including terms and conditions, pricing history for up to 10 years and ratings by S&P and Moody’s; and email alerts, making users aware of changes to the results of their saved screens.
