Nine banks to build MiFID utility

Nine banks have joined forces to create a trade data and market data dissemination platform to take advantage of the market structure reforms required by the EU’s upcoming Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID).

ABN Amro, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and UBS have signed a letter of intent and a term sheet to gather trade
