Effix Managers Depart After Clashes With Reuters Over Risk Application

Several senior personnel have left risk management software vendor Effix Systèmes due to tensions between the Paris-based company and its parent, Reuters. Sources say the departures include Francis Lancan, formerly Effix's sales manager.
According to sources, the troubles at Effix centre around Reuters' plans for the future development of its Kondor+ risk management application, a system that sources say Lancan was closely involved with.
