Royal Bank Of Scotland Hits Delays In Wall Street Systems Risk Rollout

ROYAL Bank of Scotland has hit delays in its plans to implement a global risk management architecture based on a combination of Wall Street Systems' risk applications and Reuters' Triarch 2000 data distribution platform.

The new of the delay comes some 18 months after word broke that WSS was working on a comprehensive installation at the bank across all its locations (Derivatives Engineering & Technology, April 17, 1995).
