Bankers' Objects: As RMO closed for press, Bankers Trust announced the installation of a global risk management system that will consolidate information in real time from 20 different trading applications across offices in London, New York and Tokyo.
The first phase of Bankers' new risk architecture has already gone live, with a second phase due by year end. The system is based on Object Design's Objectstore, an object-oriented database system.
