Cats Puts Carma 2.0 Into Beta Phase

VENDORS & SERVICES

CATS Software has released a beta version of Carma 2.0, its enterprise-wide market and credit risk management solution.

The new release coincides with slipping financial results for the vendor -- Cats has reported a net loss of $172,000 for the third quarter of this year.

Brian Dvorak, vice president of marketing for Carma, cites the addition of a Microsoft Windows NT-based client-level graphical user interface as one of the significant development in Carma 2.0, due for full release next month.
