Cats speed test: An independently verified benchmark speed test of Cats Software's Carma enterprise-wide risk management system has confirmed its industry-leading speed, according to Cats officials. Carma was tested at Sun Microsystems' Solaris benchmarking centre in Menlo Park, California. Test results were independently verified by Robert Garzotto, principal of American Management Systems.
Carma took four minutes to evaluate the current and future exposure to a counterparty with 230 open
