CreditTrade to supply benchmark data through Reuters

Reuters' global customer base will be able to access CreditTrade benchmark prices through a number of Reuters' premium services, including Reuters 3000 Xtra, the company's flagship product. And Reuters subscribers will be able to view, download and integrate credit default swap data into their existing systems.

The service will provide real-time Reuters customers with closing bid and offer prices for over 270 of the most liquid names in the credit derivatives market, making it suitable for use in model calibration, product control and mark-to-market activities.

The deal follows the closure of CreditTrade's third round of investment funding, which raised $9 million. CreditTrade has also signed data agreements with New York-based risk management vendor, Riskmetrics Group, and Reech Capital, the London-based risk management technology company.
