GFI launches new credit portal

GFI Group has launched its new Credit Portal, which provides online access to GFI’s databases and risk management tools.

The databases contain more than 300,000 price points for over 1,700 reference entities with historical data dating from April 1997.

Targeting traders, sales staff, risk and portfolio managers and credit risk analysts, the Credit Portal allows users to create queries on default swaps, download information into third-party systems and identify trends in the market-place.

Additional products due out this year include Fenics Credit, a pricing and analysis tool.
