ING adopts SunGard’s Credient

Dutch financial services giant ING is upgrading its credit risk management technology to establish global real-time control and optimisation of its credit limits and credit portfolios across its entire trading operations. The new system will cover counterparty, issuer, country and settlement risk across all products and across all entities in the group. To achieve this, the firm is pioneering a new application service provision (ASP) called Credient from New York-based SunGard Trading and Risk
