BIS starts work on forex code of conduct, led by Debelle
A new working group under the auspices of the BIS’s Markets Committee aims to create a global code of conduct for the foreign exchange market by May 2017
The Bank for International Settlements (BIS) has formed a new working group to develop a global code of conduct for foreign exchange market participants, with Guy Debelle as chair.
Debelle is currently assistant governor for financial markets at the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) and has chaired the BIS's Markets Committee since 2013. He will now also lead the forex working group, which operates
