Berkovitz leaves CFTC

CFTC veteran legal counsel to depart end of March

Dan Berkovitz, general counsel at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), is leaving the agency at the end of March. Berkovitz has been in the role since June 2009 and has worked on various regulatory initiatives, most notably advising the chair and commissioners during the passage and implementation of the Dodd-Frank Act.
