Banks must prepare for more Fatca-style legislation, experts warn

Banks must prepare for regulation similar to the US's Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (Fatca) from other jurisdictions, experts warn. The high likelihood of such legislation being imposed means they need to ensure their Fatca compliance programmes are future-proof.
