SEC charges three execs in California with boiler room fraud


The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has charged research and marketing company mUrgent Corporation and three of its executives with a $10 million boiler room fraud. The three executives are chief financial officer Vladislav Walter Bugarski  and his twin sons, chief executive Vladimir Boris Bugarski and chief operating officer Aleksander Negovan Bogarski.

The three are alleged to have operated the fraud from the company’s base in Santa Ana, California.
