For the third month in a row, the majority of the top five losses are under the ‘Clients, products and business practices’ heading. A notable exception is Scottish Equitable’s $98.54 million loss due to administrative errors. For the first time since June 2010, a loss in the ‘Transaction capture, execution and maintenance’ category made the top five.
