Carmen Martín Rico, head of operational risk at Banco Pastor, the seventh largest banking group in Spain, is chair of the Spanish Operational Risk Consortium, the Cero Group, an association of professionals focusing on operational risk in the Spanish financial services sector.
Cero was founded in 2003 after the first consultation documents of the Basel Committee were issued on operational risk
