
BAE Norkom purchase likely to complete in “mid to late March” says Norkom CEO
BAE Systems' proposed acquisition of Dublin-based technology firm Norkom in a deal worth £217 million will probably be completed in "mid to late March", says Norkom chief executive Paul Kerley.
Speaking to Operational Risk & Regulation, Kerley says the deal will allow Norkom to combine its expertise with that of BAE Systems, specifically the security consultancy Detica, which the defence giant purchased in 2008.
