Bank of America sues ex-workers for theft of trade secrets


Bank of America has filed a lawsuit against four former employees to prevent them taking customer data to their new roles at investment and technology services firm Dynasty Financial. The defendants all formerly worked for US Trust, which was acquired by Bank of America in 2006.
