Corruption dubbed most pervasive op risk for 2011

"Corruption will be the most pervasive operational risk in 2011," says the latest RiskMap report from Control Risks. The consultancy's annual forecast of business risks said firms need to prepare for the UK Bribery Act, which comes into force in April, as it will create "the toughest enforcement regime in any jurisdiction".
