RBS agrees to help publish report of FSA investigation


The Royal Bank of Scotland has ceeded to public and political demand to help facilitate the publication of the report from the UK Financial Services Authority's (FSA) investigation into the bank.

Prior to the announcement, Hector Sants, chief executive of the FSA, said at a Reuters event that although he was "extremely sympathetic" to the views of those who have demanded the public release of the report and that he "can absolutely understand the value that such a report would have", it remained
