Industry doubts disclosure will drive remuneration reform

Further disclosure of remuneration packages might be harming the goal of lowering bonuses in financial institutions, according to a roundtable hosted by the Centre for the Study of Financial Innovation (CSFI).

The event was attended by experts from all fields of the financial services industry, although only one guest attended from a major financial institution. The debate focused on the topic of reform to bankers' bonus packages and whether enough progress had been made.
