FSA outlines new direction on corporate governance to Financial Stability Institute at Basel seminar

BASEL – "Our emphasis is now on supervising governance in action," Rosalie Langley Judd, manager of governance policy at the UK Financial Services Authority (FSA), said in a speech at the Financial Stability Institute (FSI) seminar on corporate governance reform held in Basel on October 12.
