UK FSA sees further departures

LONDON – Mark Norris has announced he will step down from his position as chief operating officer and managing director at the UK Financial Services Authority (FSA). This is the latest of a number of senior management resignations at the UK regulator, which is set to be folded into the Bank of England under regulatory restructuring plans.
