GERALD HODGKINS AND RICHARD LEVINE
Gerald Hodgkins has been announced as associate director of the Division of Enforcement at the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), where he will assist in planning and directing enforcement efforts.
He replaces Fredric Firestone, who moves into the private sector.
Hodgkins has worked in enforcement at the SEC since 1997, and previously served as a law clerk in the US District Court for the District of Columbia.
