FSA bans mortgage broker for systems and controls failings
The UK Financial Services Authority (FSA) has banned Essex-based mortgage broker Antoinette Davis for failing to have appropriate systems and controls in place, and failure to give suitable advice to clients. The regulator said Davis had failed to understand the standards required by the FSA and to prove she was providing sound mortgage advice.
