Balkans switching on to op risk management, say experts

Interest in developing operational risk management, corporate governance and enterprise-wide approaches to risk management is growing in Greece and the Balkan region, according to Greece-based vendor Systemic Risk Management. Bank of Greece has so far provided little guidance to banks on op risk, but in its place the industry is beginning to take steps to improve op risk management standards.
