Mock trial highlights corporate manslaughter risk
Potential legal and reputational risks posed to financial firms and senior managers have been underlined by a corporate manslaughter mock trial. The event staged last week, focused on the UK’s Corporate Manslaughter Act and Health and Safety Offences Act
The mock trial event was staged by insurance broker and risk management consultancy Marsh, together with insurer QBE and legal firm Plexus Law, and held at the Tower of London.
