Report: Bribery and corruption risk key focus; litigation set to rise
The number of lawsuits affecting US and UK financial firms is expected to rise over the next 12 months, according to law firm Fulbright & Jaworski’s sixth annual Litigation Trends Report.
The report also notes that compliance risks associated with bribery and corruption are leaving many firms with legal exposure and convincing others to avoid overseas investment.
