Commerzbank sued over unpaid London bonuses
LONDON - Bankers in the City of London are suing employers over decisions not to pay out bonuses.
Seventy-two Dresdner Kleinwort workers are suing their employer, which was taken over by Commerzbank in an acquisition concluded in September.
The employees are seeking up to €33 million ($47.8 million) for performance-related pay withheld by the German bank after the merger. Former investment bank
