TransConstellation maps the ORM galaxy

BRUSSELS – TransConstellation – a Belgian trade processing industry group – in partnership with consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) has published Roadmap to Operational Risk Success: The ORM Maturity Benchmark , a new benchmarking tool to measure operational risk management (ORM) maturity levels.

TransConstellation, created in December 2003, produced the roadmap to help risk managers and senior management better understand what they needed to do to develop an effective ORM framework.

"We benchmarked best practices from all the companies surveyed, which resulted in the 48-page document. We also provide a four-page executive summary for those busy decision-makers," says Olivier Nagelmackers
