New client, new version for Horizon software

NEW YORK – Horizon, the self-assessment division spun off by JP Morgan, announced a new client and the planned release of a new version in late August.

Qatar National Bank has licensed Horizon and has also contracted Horizon to do advisory work on operational risk, according to Craig Spielmann, head of the Horizon team. Spielmann says it is Horizon's first Middle East bank, and that a contract with a bank in Latin America will shortly be forthcoming as well.

The firm also has a trial Thai-language version of its Horizon package with Kasikorn Bank
