AmBank praised for good corporate governance

AmBank group has been ranked fourth among 100 listed companies on Bursa Malaysia in the Corporate Governance Survey Report 2004.The report, conducted by the minority shareholder watchdog group (MSWG) and the University of Nottingham Malaysia campus, presented the findings of corporate governance practices in selected publicly listed companies. The report focused on disclosure information and compliance standards that should accurately reflect the extent to which directors diligently carry out
