RMA promotes to fill KRI role – In early December, the Philadelphia-based Risk Management Association announced that Leslie Mitchell has been appointed KRI services manager. She will oversee the key risk indicator (KRI) library and benchmarking services that RMA launched in early 2005. Led by an industry steering committee, KRI services are designed to improve op risk management at financial services companies. KRI services grew out of the KRI banking study carried out in 2003–04 by RiskBusiness
