BLUNDEN JOINS CHASE COOPER - Chase Cooper, a compliance software and consulting firm, announced in February that it is appointing Tony Blunden to lead its consulting practice. Blunden, who joins Chase Cooper as a director and board member, was previously at Ernst & Young in London as a director in financial services risk management. He has advised a substantial number of blue-chip firms on operational risk and written over 18 articles related to operational risk, says Chase Cooper.
