SEC promises auditor guidance for small businesses in time for Sarbanes-Oxley


At an open meeting of the SEC last month, commissioners voted in favour of introducing more flexibility into the forthcoming guidance for auditors from the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).
