FOA Launches Operational Risk Advice Panel

The U.K.'s Futures and Options Association (FOA) last week launched a new initiative dubbed the Operational Risk Review Panel. The panel is designed to offer inexpensive advice on operational risk to end-users of derivatives.

Michael Jenkins, chairman of the FOA, says the panel will act as a "practical helpline" for corporates and fund managers worried about operational risk issues involved with exchange-traded and over-the-counter derivatives.
