Need for matching premiums recognised in Econ vote

Amended Omnibus II text acknowledges a matching premium is necessary, but there is no detail on how it will work

The need for a matching premium has been recognised in the amended text for Omnibus II, which was approved by the European Parliament's Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs (Econ) earlier this week.
