CFTC’s Chilton: lessons learnt from MF Global

All too often the government is like the television programme CSI (Crime Scene Investigation), arriving at the scene of a crime to do a post mortem, said Bart Chilton, a commissioner at the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), speaking at an energy trading risk management conference in Houston on November 8, 2011.
