The UK’s FSA has issued details about passporting in and out under the Prospectus Directive
The Financial Services Authority, acting as the UK Listing Authority (UKLA), has released a fact sheet detailing the passporting process of prospectuses, and answers general questions as to how firms may submit passport requests.
