A progress report detailing regulatory harmonisation for insurance and occupational pensions has been released for the EU’s Financial Services Committee (FSC). The Committee of European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Supervisors (CEIOPS) discussed ongoing work for Solvency II, and detailed activities related to fostering an EU supervisory culture, reporting, the supervision of insurance groups, occupational pensions and insurance mediators.
