In Brief:
Following comments received during a first round of consultation, the Committee of European Banking Supervisors (CEBS) and the Committee of European Securities Regulators (CESR) have released a map of outsourcing requirements. The map contains current CEBS standards on outsourcing, CESR’s technical advice on the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (Mifid) and the latest draft of Mifid Level II measures.
CEBS has also released its revised consultation paper, ‘Standards on Outsourcing’. Comments are being accepted until the July 6 of this year.
